NO DOGS ALLOWED AT CARTER FIELD
We understand pups love the fresh air and time to enjoy fun with people at parks.
Carter Field is on Petaluma Junior High Grounds. No Dogs are allowed on school property.
We've also had a few situations where dogs nip or bite at children. Even the nicest of dogs can feel uneasy around large crowds and unexpectedly display threatening behavior. We ask that you please leave your dog at home. If you bring your dog to the fields, you will be asked by a Board Member to remove it from the property.

PARKING GUIDELINES AND RULES
PNLL is authorized to park at Petaluma Junior High School Parking Lots

THEN WALK DOWN TO THE FIELDS

NO PARKING OR PLAYER DROP OFF IS ALLOWED IN DRIVEWAY OFF WEBSTER OR ALONG SPRING HILL SCHOOL

PER OUR LEASE AGREEMENT WITH PETALUMA CITY SCHOOLS AND CITY OF PETALUMA AND IN CONSIDERATION OF OUR VERY KIND AND TOLERANT NEIGHBORS, WE ASK ALL FAMILIES TO PARK UP AT THE JUNIOR HIGH PARKING LOTS AND WALK DOWN TO FIELDS.  



WE STRONGLY DISCOURAGE PARKING ALONG THE WEBSTER / SONOMA STREETS.  WE HAVE HAD MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS FROM NEIGHBORS.  IF YOU PARK ON WEBSTER/SONOMA AND ARE ATTENDING A PNLL GAME, IT IS AT THE DISCRETION OF A NEIGHBOR TO HAVE YOU TOWED AND/OR CONTACT THE POLICE DEPARTMENT.

This commitment came out of the Environmental Impact Report that was required for this project.
It was written into our agreement with the Petaluma City Schools and could easily be used by a neighbor to negate the agreement.
Therefore, the league maintains a zero-tolerance policy for breaking this rule.
One thoughtless and selfish person could literally destroy 10 years of work and thousand of dollars of field improvements. 

WE HAVE TRIED SO HARD TO MAINTAIN THIS POLICY YET CONTINUE TO SEE PEOPLE PARKING ON THE GRASS,
PARKING IN FRONT OF DUMPSTERS, PARKING IN FRONT OF A NEIGHBOR'S DRIVEWAY.

WE ARE ALL VOLUNTEERS AND ARE DOING OUR BEST TO KEEP OUR FIELDS AND UPHOLD THE AGREED UPON POLICY.
PLEASE HELP US SPREAD THE WORD AND ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO PARK UP AT THE JUNIOR HIGH PARKING LOTS

WE UNDERSTAND THAT FAMILIES SEE OTHER CARS PARKED BY SPRING HILL AND ON THE DRIVEWAY
AND FIGURE THEY CAN PARK THERE AS WELL. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. 

THERE IS RESERVED PARKING FOR BOARD MEMBERS ON DUTY AND FOR HANDICAP ACCESS ONLY
WE NEED TO KEEP THE DRIVEWAY ACCESSIBLE FOR EMERGENCY VEHICLES

Pedestrian or bicycle access from Webster Ave. is ENCOURAGED so long as you do not simply park down the street and then walk in.
Please encourage your player’s families to use the PJHS parking lot for activities as they relate to the field..

Handicap Parking:  
There are two handicap spots at the base of the major division field
for those needing assistance and also two spots along the fence.  

PLAQUE OR STICKER REQUIRED

If those spots are taken, please DO drive up anyone needing extra assistance.
We ask that you do not park along the Spring Hill buildings or along the rest of the fences
